If you contact the site, we may receive the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. Do not send a birth date, home address, case image, warrant number, or other sensitive identifier unless a specific official agency asks for it through its own secure channel. We do not need a person-level warrant record to answer a general site question.
Information From Browsing
Web servers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or security systems may log routine technical details such as an IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and time of access. The site may use cookies or similar tools supplied by a hosting or search provider. Those technical records help maintain pages and protect the service; they are not a Harding County court database.
Warrant Records Are Not Stored Here
Harding County Warrant Records does not operate New Mexico Case Lookup, the County Clerk’s records system, the courts’ IPRA portal, the Sheriff’s systems, DPS repositories, or federal court systems. We do not host a named warrant list or most-wanted roster. Information entered into an official government form is governed by that agency’s terms and privacy notice.
Use official court or agency channels for a personal case. Do not place personal identifiers in a public message or on a page comment.
How Information May Be Used
Information sent to us may be used to answer a message, investigate a technical problem, improve page content, or prevent abuse. We do not use a submitted message to decide whether a person has a warrant. We do not sell a private message as a warrant record.
External Government Links
The pages link to the Harding County Clerk, Sheriff, Tenth Judicial District, New Mexico Courts, MVD, Census, village offices, DPS, and federal agencies. Once you leave this site, the linked office controls the information it collects. Review that office’s own notice before submitting a Case Lookup search or IPRA request.
Search Partners and Sponsored Bands
Finder bands may be supplied by third parties. A third-party provider may receive information under its own terms when a visitor interacts with its form or link. Sponsored content is not an official Harding County search and should not be used to confirm a warrant. The site does not control a partner’s retention, pricing, or matching practices.
Security and Retention
No online service can promise perfect security. We use reasonable operational care for information we receive and retain messages only as long as needed for the stated purpose, maintenance, or legal requirements. We do not promise a particular deletion schedule for technical logs managed by a hosting or search provider.
