Not a government office. This site cannot confirm, issue, serve, recall, clear, or resolve a warrant. It cannot accept payment, arrange a surrender, set a bond, or give legal advice.
No Official Harding County Roster
The official sources reviewed do not publish a Harding County active-warrant list, most-wanted roster, dedicated warrant hotline, online warrant resolution form, or public Sheriff search box. The pages explain the fallback route through Case Lookup, the issuing court, the County Clerk, and the Sheriff or dispatch. They do not reproduce names, photos, case numbers, addresses, or live warrant entries.
Verify Status With the Issuing Court
Case Lookup is public case access, not a complete statewide warrant database. The Harding District docket is a limited hearing resource, and public-access information is not the official record. A blank or partial result can reflect redaction, historic limits, a different court, indexing, juvenile or sealed material, or a record held by another custodian. Call the District or Magistrate clerk for the current court answer.
Harding County Office Roles
District Court in Mosquero handles district matters. Magistrate Court in Roy handles traffic and misdemeanor matters. The County Clerk at 35 Pine Street handles county records and IPRA requests, but the county warns that clerks do not conduct searches or provide legal advice. The Sheriff at 35 Pine Street and Central Dispatch can address operational routing, but the Sheriff page does not make them the issuing court or a universal list.
Payment and Resolution Limits
The New Mexico public-access notice says electronic payment resolves financial obligations only. It does not necessarily resolve a Failure to Appear in Court Warrant, hearing condition, release condition, or other nonfinancial requirement. The research did not locate a Harding jail address, booking entrance, bond window, walk-in surrender schedule, accepted bond instrument, or same-day clearance promise.
Treat a payment receipt, docket entry, or old list as a starting point. Ask the issuing court what record confirms the current outcome.
Public Records and Confidentiality
New Mexico’s Inspection of Public Records Act gives a route to inspect disclosable records subject to exceptions. County, court, and law-enforcement requests use different custodians. Sealed, juvenile, confidential, family-violence, investigative, and other exempt material may be restricted or redacted. A request does not require the custodian to create a new roster.
Not Legal Advice
Descriptions of arrest warrants, bench warrants, traffic citations, bond forms, AOC status terms, and Safe Surrender events are general information. They do not tell a person whether to surrender, how to file a motion, whether bond is available, or what a judge will do. For legal advice, contact a licensed attorney and the issuing court.
Third-Party Tools and Links
Search bands and external links may be supplied by third parties. We do not control their data, pricing, privacy practices, availability, or matching. A sponsored report is not an official court record. Government links lead to their own systems and notices. Review those terms before entering personal information.
FCRA Restriction
This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information on this site and third-party tools linked from it may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, housing, or another FCRA-regulated purpose. The legal notice in the footer applies throughout the site.
Privacy and Safety
Do not publish names, birth dates, addresses, photos, case papers, or alleged warrant details. A relative helping with a case should use the case number through a trusted official channel. Do not approach anyone based on a rumor, old record, or unofficial list. Use the Sheriff or emergency service appropriate to the situation.
